Paediatric Occupational Therapy Services

Our OT services support children in developing the skills they need to participate successfully in everyday activities at home, school and in the community. We work with children from early childhood to through school age who experience challenges with development, learning, behaviour or sensory processing.

Areas we support:

• Fine Motor Skills (handwriting, grasp, cutting, buttoning etc)

• Gross Motor Skills (balance, coordination, posture, core strength)

• Sensory Processing and regulation (over or under responsiveness to sensory input)

• Attention and self regulation

• Visual-motor and perceptual skills

• Daily living skills (feeding, dressing, grooming, toileting routines)

• Motor Planning and organisation

• School readiness and classroom participation
